Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of engine developers, ensuring efficient game engine development and maintenance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and implement necessary engine features.
• Optimize engine performance, resolve technical challenges, and ensure a smooth gameplay experience.
• Define coding standards, conduct code reviews, and provide technical guidance to the team.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends 

Requirements:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Strong experience in game engine development and architecture.
• Proficiency in relevant programming languages (e.g., C++, C#).
• Previous leadership or management experience.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with popular game engines (e.g., Unity, Unreal Engine).
• Knowledge of rendering techniques and graphics APIs.
• Understanding of networking and multiplayer game development.

Job Salary 

The base pay range for this position in the state(s) above is $131,400 to $240,900 per year. Actual pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign on payment, relocation package, and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, as well as other medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the specific position offered.
