The Solutions Development Manager at UPS helps Enterprise account customers improve their bottom line by demonstrating solutions across various functions, identifying revenue-generating opportunities, and leveraging technology, engineering, and sustainability.
Job Responsibilities
● The job involves identifying customers' objectives and business needs,
● collaborating with stakeholders to improve processes,
● conducting research to understand business models, and discussing pricing, capabilities, and solutions with Business Development (BD) to ensure customer retention and strengthen relationships. This includes evaluating customer goals, assessing business challenges, and
● formulating solutions to leverage UPS's opportunities.
Job Qualifications
● The job requires a degree in logistics, supply chain, engineering, or business,
● 5 years of relevant experience,
● fluency in English,
● excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
