Job Description:
You will be responsible to develop and build strong relationship with relevant stakeholders to position Roche as preferred go-to Diabetes Care leader and partner. Establish strong connections and build business partnering with key accounts stakeholders at retail, private hospitals, health institutions and government healthcare sector.
You will work closely with internal stakeholders to identify market opportunities, drive sales and maintain relationships with key accounts and relevant stakeholders.
Main Tasks & Responsibilities:
● Develop and build strategic engagement and relationships with relevant stakeholders in key accounts. Be a partner/consultant in shaping their plans, decisions and supporting their business goals to strengthen business partnerships results and maintain market leadership position.
● Work with assigned Key Accounts to enlist RDC products and solutions as the brand of choice for diabetes management. This includes negotiating terms, targets and securing deals to significantly expand our market share and efficiently influence customers’ buying decisions.
● Plan and align business priorities / initiatives with internal stakeholders and oversee the key account action plans’ implementation across the entire organization to ensure the effective execution and achievement of business strategy and goals.
● Collect market sales data and ensure their quality for further analysis and develop counter actions.
● Plan and manage M&D budget for assigned key accounts.
● Forge strong collaboration with Customer Partners to identify and pursue new market opportunities and projects to expand RDC Malaysia’s customer reach and drive business growth.
● Prepare for and participate in periodic business partner performance review with internal and partner stakeholders; thereafter ensure that all identified gaps are resolved and closed in a timely manner.
● Build, develop and maintain effective and purposeful relationship, leverage networks to gather information on upcoming tenders, latest procurement policy & decision procedures.
● Work collaboratively with other internal functions or external organizations to successfully drive commercial initiatives.
● Drive process simplification to enhance operational efficiencies.
● Fully embrace Roche Operating Principles mindset and new ways of working.
● Comply with Roche Code of Conduct and all local/global policies as well as applicable laws and industry codes.

Qualification and Experience
● Bachelor or Master degree in relevant fields from a recognized university
● At least 3 years of key accounts management experience in the healthcare industry.
● Working experience in multinational environment and managing large / group customer accounts preferred.
● Able to work cross-functionally.
● Proficient computer application skills especially in Microsoft Office and Google applications.
● Ability to travel interstate as required.
● Possess a valid Malaysian driver’s license.
● Fluent in English and local language.
