Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for seller logistic operation to manage seller shipment
- Manage seller's 3PL in the system, and cooperate with 3rd party vendor to ensure 3PL tracking information is accurate in platform
- Manage sellers to use correct 3PL through system rules setup to ensure delivery service
- Manage 3PL performance based on defined SLAs and setup platform rules to control seller 3PL penetration
- Work with Product development & technology team, and seller operation team to optimize operational process through system development
Position Requirement
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of working experience in logistics industry, experience in logistics for ecommerce platform will be a plus.
- Understand Spanish logistics market and know local consumers' expectations
- Strong project management skills, attention to detail and good communication skills
- Good relationship with logistics partners, including courier, warehouse, etc.
- Knowledge on technical part of 3PL system integration.
- Thrive in fast-pace environment, energetic and adaptive to change.
- Fluent in Spanish and English
