Responsibilities 

What you will do

> Operational excellence

* Participate in implement plant OIMS, Control and BPI requirement;

* Assists PQAM and Chemist for daily operations and maintaining QP&G;

* Observes all safety rules and maintains good housekeeping practices and 5S in work area.

> Productivity and reliability

* Analyses base oils, additives and products according to specifications and try to minimize the impact to production;

* Prepares inspection reports and authorizes product filling if it meets product specification;

* Analyses raw materials and finished products, and conducts laboratory blending;                           

* Analyses base oils, additives and products according to specifications. Prepares inspection reports and authorizes product filling if it meets product specification                                                  

* Inputs laboratory inspection report into QA LIMS                                                                        

* Assists Chemist for designated laboratory equipment calibration/maintenance;              

* Assists Chemist in trouble-shooting product quality problems.  Suggests correction for off-specification product through laboratory blend study, if necessary;                        

> Supply Chain optimization

> Conducts laboratory blending for new formulation or to make change of existing form.

Qualifications 

About you

> Bachelor degree in Chemistry, preferably 1-3 years' experience in lab.

> Laboratory skills, including ability to analyze data, interpret and evaluate technical information.

> Must be able to work in team environments

> Basic skill in English and computer mainpulation ability
