ExxonMobil’s affiliates have offices in India in Bengaluru, Mumbai and the National Capital Region.
ExxonMobil’s affiliates in India supporting the Product Solutions business engage in the marketing, sales and distribution of performance as well as specialty products across chemicals and lubricants businesses. The India planning teams are also embedded with global business units for business planning and analytics.
ExxonMobil’s LNG affiliate in India supporting the upstream business provides consultant services for other ExxonMobil upstream affiliates and conducts LNG market-development activities.
The Global Business Center - Technology Center provides a range of technical and business support services for ExxonMobil’s operations around the globe.

Responsibilities
What role you will play in our team
> Develop and execution of 1-Year Sales and Marketing plan and Marketing Calendars
> Develop & run local India marketing offers
> Coordinate local marketing activities / act as in-country marketing focal point for Lubes GBU
> Provide market data, observations and trends to MBU Advisors to facilitate strategy/offer development
> Ensure alignment with budget requirement and controls
> Ensure all activities conform to the expectations set forth in the Brand & Product Integrity Management Systems framework
> Support Sales in facilitating new site growth and retention through demonstrating brand value and marketing expertise
> Integrate marketing plan with the BW annual sales plan
> Represent voice of the customer, facilitating feedback loops to improve marketing program design, planning, and rollout
> Manage direct expenses within agreed budget.
What you will do
> Create and implement strategies and plans which develop and promote markets, products and services that optimize customer and business value.
> Lead development and delivery of ongoing India base marketing support activities and deliver well-executed programs to grow the brand in each geography
> Meet assigned KPIs with focus on more customers, more completely & more profitably
Qualifications
Skills and Qualifications
> Graduate or Post-Graduate in Engineering or Bachelor’s Degree in any field with MBA from a recognized university (with CGPA 7 and above)
> Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience MNCs & blue chip Indian companies (International Oil Companies, FMCG, CPG) or Advertising/creative agencies
> Willing to work in shifts (9.00 AM – 6.00 PM IST)
Preferred Qualifications/ Experience
> Proficiency in MS Office especially MS Excel
> Working knowledge of SAP
> Experience of managing Brands/Activations/Marketing Programs
> Customer facing experience
