 About the department

Digital, Data & IT India is a team of 800+ highly skilled IT professionals located in Global Business Services (GBS) Bangalore. The main role of DD&IT India is to 'manage' IT, which includes System Management, Project Management, Infrastructure Management, Compliance Management, Security Management, Process Management and Vendor Management. Cross IT department is an integral part of the DD&IT and is responsible for supporting, operating and further developing the portfolio of IT Systems used across departments in Novo Nordisk.

Position

NovoAccess is an Identity and access management (IAM) used to manage user accesses to Novo Nordisk IT Systems (target systems). This ensures user accesses are adequately authorised and reviewed.


 For this position, you will be responsible to manage the day to day operation tasks for the novoAccess system.


 Responsibilities

● Responsible for technical operations working on functionalities like User Provisioning, Access Certifications, Access request, Workflows, Aggregation & Reporting.

● Delivering novoAccess services across global NN organisation

● Supporting on-boarding of new IT systems on to the novoAccess platform

● Actively work on day to day operation related tasks.

● Stakeholder and vendor management.


Qualification

We would expect you to hold Bachelor or similar graduate degree field in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration combined with additional relevant IT and business experience

● 5+ years of experience into IT industry or equivalent

● 5+ years of experience into pharmaceutical industry

● Outstanding interpersonal skills

● Good communication skills written and oral in English

● Admirable presentation skills

● Ability to collaborate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders

● Capability to represent NN relations with external stakeholders

● Large degree of flexibility and the ability to work under strong time pressure

● High cultural sensitivity and comfortable working with different countries and cultures across multiple time-zones

● Fully independent in day to day work

● Excellent in living the NNWAY

● ITIL foundation or intermediate level certification

● Able to innovate within framework to help team and the system
