Job Responsibilities

1. SRAM Yield analysis and development.

2. SRAM device analysis and testline design.

3. SRAM layout and process margin evaluation.

Job Qualifications

1. Master/PHD in E.E., Physicals, Material Science, and related engineering field.

2. Problem solving and positive attitude to challenge.

3. Cross team communication and co-work skills.

4. Integration experience or familiar with SRAM is plus.
