Position Summary

We are looking for someone who is able to lead and execute projects to contribute to the growth of the company. In this role, you will work with stakeholders from across the business units and support functions. Your ability to convince and perform tasks would be crucial to managing projects to completion.

Role and Responsibilities

● Lead/coordinate & execute multiple business projects assigned to drive improvements in the company

● Work with stakeholders from the different Business Units, Samsung entities and external partners from the conceptualisation to execution of projects

● Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques

● Assist in preparing and updating project administration documents; timelines, meeting notes, external vendor briefs, status reports, etc.

● Perform other duties assigned

● Track the status of eCommerce-related projects across the company for management reporting

● Provide consulting regarding eCommerce systems and functionalities to the Online team and Support functions

● Quickly resolve business problems by performing root cause analysis and working with the relevant parties on the solution

● Work with HQ or Regional HQ on requests for information pertaining to all systems used by the Subsidiary

● Be the Master Administrator of key business systems and work with business users and external parties to ensure data integrity

● Provide helpdesk assistance to business users for the key business systems

● Expediently work on any ad-hoc requests from HQ/Regional HQ/key stakeholders in the Subsidiary

Skills and Qualifications

● A Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or related discipline

● At least 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in hybrid project management

● SAP Hybris technical experience and Agile Project management certification is preferred

● Experienced professional with full understanding on specialized areas; resolves a wide range of issues in creative ways

● Demonstrates good judgement in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions
