JOB TITLE: Product Manager


COMPANY OVERVIEW

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Demand Forecasting Product Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the development and management of innovative demand forecasting solutions that optimize our supply chain and enable accurate sales predictions.


 JOB SUMMARY 

As a Demand Forecasting Product Manager at the Coca-Cola Company, you will lead the strategy, development, and execution of our demand forecasting products. Your primary focus will be on leveraging data analytics, market trends, and predictive modeling techniques to generate accurate and actionable demand forecasts. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, business stakeholders, and IT professionals, you will play a crucial role in improving supply chain efficiency, inventory management, and customer satisfaction.


RESPONSIBILITIES 

1, PRODUCT STRATEGY AND ROADMAP DEVELOPMENT 

> Collaborate with key stakeholders to define the strategic vision for demand forecasting solutions aligned with business objectives.

> Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback analysis to identify market trends and customer needs.

> Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap that reflects System supply chain priorities and addresses future growth opportunities.


2, REQUIREMENT GATHERING AND DOCUMENTATION 

> Engage with operating units, bottlers, and commercial teams to understand their demand forecasting requirements and pain points.

> Translate complex business needs into clear, concise, and actionable product specifications.

> Create and maintain detailed product documentation, including user stories, feature descriptions, and technical specifications.


3, PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT AND EXECUTION 

> Lead cross-functional product development teams, including data scientists, engineers, and designers, to deliver robust demand forecasting solutions.

> Collaborate with data scientists to develop and implement advanced algorithms and predictive models for demand forecasting.

> Employ Agile methodologies to plan and prioritize product development sprints, ensuring timely delivery of key milestones.


4, STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT AND COLLABORATION 

> Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including operating units, bottlers, financial and commercial teams, and supply chain management, to gather insights and validate product requirements.

> Collaborate with IT professionals and external partners to integrate demand forecasting solutions seamlessly with existing systems and processes.

> Communicate product updates, progress, and roadmaps effectively to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.


5, PERFORMANCE MONITORING AND IMPROVEMENT 

> Define key performance metrics and establish monitoring mechanisms to track the accuracy and effectiveness of demand forecasting solutions.

> Analyze forecast performance, customer feedback, and market dynamics to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous product enhancement.

> Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize and implement product updates, algorithm refinements, and usability enhancements.


QUALIFICATIONS 

> Bachelor's degree in business, data science, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.

> 10+ years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably with a focus on demand forecasting or data analytics.

> Strong understanding of demand forecasting methodologies, statistical modeling, and data analysis techniques.

> Proven track record in successfully managing end-to-end product lifecycles and delivering data-driven solutions.

> Proficiency in data manipulation, analysis tools, and programming languages (e.g., Python, R, SQL).

> Experience with machine learning, predictive modeling, and advanced analytics is highly desirable.

> Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

> Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams.

> Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

> Experience in the beverage or consumer goods industry is a plus.
