The Fraud Risk Product Analyst will partner with area product owners, technology teams, agility leads, scrum teams, and business owners to prioritize, design, and lead business critical initiatives in support of our Fraud Risk roadmap.  

You will gain a deep understanding of the Fraud Risk Monetary Area Product and leverage that knowledge and your leadership skills to lead business critical initiatives to successful completion. 


Job Responsibilities

> Partner with Fraud Risk product owners, data scientists, and fraud strategists on various initiatives to plan, facilitate, and provide customer focused solutions across the organization

> Lead large scale application modernization efforts including detailed planning & design sessions with tech leads, architects, and executive level product and business partners

> Leverage agile tools and presentation skills to provide concise exec level overviews and progress reporting for roadmap and key initiatives including issue management, dependency management,  and risk mitigation

> Manage the interdependencies between product releases and other Product delivery teams and activities required for end-to-end testing and delivery

> Define and present strategy for features, write epics, user stories, acceptance criteria and participate in all agile events of the product group

> Act as subject matter expert to major business processes and supporting applications/capabilities


Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

We are looking for someone excited to join our organization.  If you meet the minimum requirements below, you are encouraged to apply to be considered for this role. 

> Min 5 years’ experience managing large scale highly complex application development & modernization efforts and driving matrixed delivery teams toward successful completion

> Advanced client management & communication skills in large scale highly matrixed organization with ability to influence, drive, prioritize, and manage multi-year delivery roadmaps

> Ability to quickly gain an understanding of complex technical designs, requirements, data strategies, etc. and translate in to exec level presentations for use in status reporting, decision making, and team alignment 

> Agile program & project management experience, including use of agile program & project management tools (i.e. Confluence, JIRA, etc.) 

> Ability to multi-task effectively and lead several key initiatives concurrently 

> Excellent verbal and written communications skills, self-motivated, and confident in ambiguous circumstances

> Bachelor's degree or higher


Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills 

The following additional items will be considered but are not required for this role

> Experience in product management for either fraud detection or authentication, and a strong knowledge of current digital banking trends 

> Agile / Scrum certifications

> Financials - ability to develop and communicate product development business cases using financial models

> Experience working with globally distributed scrum teams a plus
