We are seeking an expert and dedicated Personal Healthcare Quality Assurance Manager to join our team in Indonesia. The Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of quality assurance in the production of personal healthcare products, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and maintaining the highest level of quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

● Quality Assurance Leadership: Lead and manage the QA team, providing direction, training, and support to ensure effective operation.

● Regulatory Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to local and international regulations and standards relevant to personal healthcare product manufacturing, including BPOM/CPOB, WHO, ISO, and other applicable guidelines.

● Quality Oversight: Lead all aspects of the execution and maintenance of quality control processes and controls in place to supervise and maintain product quality throughout the packaging, testing, and release processes.

● Testing & Release: Coordinate testing & release of quality products, meeting market requirements.

● Documentation and Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of quality control activities, including test results, deviations, and corrective actions, ensuring compliance with documentation requirements.

● Audits and Inspections: Prepare the company for regulatory audits and inspections, ensuring that all vital documentation, processes, and personnel align with regulatory requirements.

● Supplier and Material Quality: Collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams to ensure the quality of raw materials, components, and packaging materials used in personal healthcare product manufacturing.

● Root Cause Analysis: Lead investigations into product quality issues, non-conformities, and customer complaints, implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs) as vital.

● Continuous Improvement: Find opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements within the quality assurance department.

● Product Release: Approve or reject finished products based on quality assessments, ensuring that only safe and compliant products are released to the market.


Job Qualifications

● Degree in Pharmacy (certified Apothecary).

● Proven 5 to 7 years of experience in quality assurance in the pharmaceutical industry and personal health care.

● Preferred 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.

● In-depth knowledge of quality assurance regulations, standards, and best practices.

● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

● Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

● Detail-oriented with a strong dedication to quality assurance and compliance
