JOB DESCRIPTION
As the Payment Lifecycle Analyst - CIB Ops ECCO (Auto FX), you will oversee complex Auto FX transactions and ensure optimal productivity (including the team under supervision, if any). Efficiency and process improvements are integral components of the role to ensure prompt and accurate service to all relevant stakeholders at all times.
You will be expected to lead high-impact initiatives on People, Process and Technology with senior leadership visibility.
> Manage the day-to-day Operations for Multi-Currency Account Services
> Understands and knows how to process different SWIFT message types (such as MT103/202/199/299/191/110) and Payment Clearing systems.
> Collaborates with global partners to meet client deliverables with a high level of urgency and accuracy
> Conduct regular review of processes and help analyze system infrastructure to determine gaps or opportunities for productivity
> Implement Mumbai-Bournemouth-Manila key strategies
> Engage with all directs and team members and drive people agenda initiatives
> Manage and execute complex projects and ensure that project deliverables are met with the appropriate due diligence
> Follow industry-leading technology trends and recommend strategic implementation for the benefit of the businesses
> Provide transparency to management through project governance by ensuring deadlines are met, strategic initiatives are delivered, and strong adherence to risk mitigation
> Support business units in the execution of acceptance test plans for a successful implementation
Ability to represent team in key senior Project Delivery meetings
Produce summary presentations and overview materials for program stakeholders
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
> Minimum 3 years of payment operations experience
> Strong understanding of the Cash transaction lifecycle & cash managementA track record of involvement in change program implementing new business processes and controls
> Ability to face off to very demanding stakeholders, large scale impact program execution
> Problem solving skills to identify, understand and address operational and technical issues
> Demonstrates a thorough understanding of our products, systems and end to end processes, and keeps abreast of market and industry trends
> Applies innovation and design thinking techniques to continually challenge and improve the efficiency, scale, and resilience of our operating platform
> Builds long term, trust-based relationships with clients and internal stakeholders in order to deliver solutions that create strategic value
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
> Prior experience for implementing projects leveraging Robotics and Block chain technology are preferred.
