Job Description:
The Product Business Analyst team in the Mainframe Division at Broadcom is responsible for critical business operations throughout the development & sales lifecycles. This position is responsible for performing tasks on various systems related with selling, supporting, delivering, and managing telemetry of our software solutions to customers.
Key responsibilities:
1: Product Operations Administration for one of more solutions area, which includes ensuring we meet all regulations for product export, and the systems and processes are setup for sale & delivery of product to our customers. Some responsibilities include:
- Proficiently create and maintain Material Master Data in Oracle, and RMT
- Expertly navigate, research, trouble shoot and correct Material Master Data setup issues causing quote and Customer Support Portal failures
- Maintenance of ECCN for new releases or components
- Process product master media and escrow
- Facilitate product communications to customers
- Manage CQP SKUs to enable drop support renewal
- Lead discussions regarding distribution, pricing and licensing related issues
- Expertly process new and renewing third party licenses for MF products in Oracle Procurement
- Build and maintain relationships with other Broadcom organizations and provide product reporting as applicable to assist in their strategic initiatives
- Identify areas of improvement and make recommendations for streamlining processes
- Lead by documenting and sharing learned best practices
- Coordinate special projects
- Become a subject matter expert and own a specific process
- Demonstrate comprehensive product and system knowledge and critical thinking skills

2: System Administration & user management for internal systems
- Clarity access & organizational structure management
- Management of Incorta & Data Studio access requests for SOX compliance
- Slack Channel & User Group Administration
3: Business Administration, including management & tracking of customer and Broadcom’s contractual obligations with regard to SCRT Report Management / Telemetry
- SCRT Report Management
■ Expertly process SCRT reports using the provided tools and templates. Create SCRT process documents
■ Maintain information submitted by our external customers
■ Collaborate with team members to collect and analyze data
■ Create monthly reports to project customer usage
■ Research issues by reviewing of contract documents and specifications.

Skills and qualifications
A successful Business Process Analyst candidate will have various skills and qualifications that help them solve problems using large amounts of data.
- Familiar with Oracle, access database, or other relational databases
- Familiar with tools for Software Release Management
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of data gathering, cleaning and transforming techniques
- Reporting and data visualization skills using software
- Data Warehouse Usage Experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Dependable - Ability to set and meet deadlines
- Ability to work in high-pressure situations

- Quality Mindset - Ability to QA and troubleshoot data

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or global equivalent in a related field.
- Required Travel: Less than 5%
- Work Experience
- Typically, 5 or more years of related work experience.

Compensation and Benefits
The annual base salary range for this position is $60,000 - $100,000
This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with relevant plan documents, and equity in accordance with equity plan documents and equity award agreements.
