Position Summary

1. The Snr Exec/Asst Brand Marketing Manager ensures the efficient execution of business plans to meet future brand expectations and targets for the TV/AV business.

2. Participates through planning and implementation of marketing campaigns/activities to uplift the brand awareness, drive sales and increase market share.

3. Supports the development and execution of offline/traditional, digital, and paid social advertising programs.

4. Collaborate with internals (cross function & cross department) & externals (creative, social, media buying, consumer loyalty agencies) to steer and ensure program success. 

5. Be the brand custodian to ensure that all marketing communications adhere to global branding guidelines.

Role and Responsibilities

● Develop communication strategy and manage 360 holistic campaign launches and promotional activities encompassing ATL, BTL, online, social media, SEM, Public Relations effectively with the  related agencies

● Develop effective digital marketing plans with relevant targeted content to drive awareness and maximize sales conversions

● Evaluate and compile campaign performance reports for insights

● Measure marketing ROI efficiency through analysis of marketing spend vs sell out Co-create ATL and BTL campaign materials, marcom and in-store communications to communicate, with consultation from trade marketing team, product team and key account managers.

● Facilitate creative asset sharing as well as planning and execution of co-op activities with retailers to market our products in the most relevant manner

● Create contents to increase engagement on social media via a content calendar.Develop plan and execute customized CRM messaging to drive active consideration and increase brand loyalty

● Work with content partners on TV APP creation and/or updates

● Forecast and monitor A&P budget, invoice processing Performing other ad-hoc duties assigned


Skills and Qualifications

● Min 3-5 years with Degree in Marketing or Communications / Mass communications
