POSITION OVERVIEW;
The Sr. Manager, Executive Strategy and Operations will be responsible for
• Ongoing project management of senior and executive business priorities across the Mobile Experience Division
• Directly support the Heads of Mobile in all matters and provide strategic consultation and management of daily operations of the Mobile Experience business – increasing effectiveness, efficiency, and capacity for the senior and executive leadership team
• Acts as a point of contact between top management, employees, customers and key stakeholders (administration, communications, finance, human resources, and operations teams) while providing oversight and guidance to projects critical to the organization
• Support a wide range of duties for the health of the entire organization including, but not limited to, improvement of key business processes and service delivery, resource management, strategic project management, executive brand and engagement, cross-business relationship management.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities and Duties:
> Partner with the leadership team to develop, improve, and resolve strategic initiatives, including measurement and monitoring of progress towards meeting goals and achieving benchmarks, and ensuring follow-through on the part of multiple workgroups internally and externally.
> Build communication & reporting cadence that allows for a timely flow of necessary information for decisions and escalated support/resolution.
> Meet and partner with multi-level stakeholders to ensure that organizational objectives are customer/employee-centric, and foster strong, collaborative working relationships (including taskforce management support).
> Support the executive team in internal events development/execution, HQ meeting preparation; internal and external engagement program facilitation.
> Support the executive team in partner/customer/field engagements, and ensure that follow-up actions are documented completed and results recorded.
BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
> A Bachelor's degree in business management, marketing, finance or accounting, plus 8 years of experience in marketing, data & analytics, business planning, sales operations, and process engineering.
> If no BS degree, at least 10+ years of equivalent work experience in marketing, data & analytics, business planning, sales operations, and process engineering.
> Proven track record of driving successful business transformation, company culture and engagement, and developed and implemented the appropriate programs, polices, and processes necessary support a business driving to specific metrics and discipline.
> Strong strategic planning and operations skills
> Outstanding communication skills (both written and verbal)
> Business acumen, short / long range organizational planning and talent management skills
> A proven self-starter, good business judgment, and outstanding managerial leadership ability.
THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND ABILITIES MUST BE DEMONSTRATED AT A PROFICIENT LEVEL.
> The ability to develop and maintain excellent new and existing working relationships with multiple stakeholder levels within and outside the company.
> Proven success in a highly dynamic, deadline-driven, matrix-management environment.
> Project Management skills
> Process Engineering / Business Transformation / Change Management experience
> Read and interpret reports, sales and marketing documents, invoices, contracts or related documents for insights and action plan development
> Should have advanced MS Excel and MS PowerPoint knowledge and skills.
> Strong communication, both written (PPT presentations) and oral, skills.
> The ability to work either independently or in a team environment to achieve personal and team project goals, including the completion of assignments within and exceeding established time frames. A strong influencer with the relevant skills.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

> Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with all assigned levels within and outside the company.
> Plan, organize, and prioritize multiple assignments and projects.
> Review detailed product development, marketing documents and media materials as needed.
> Demonstrated competency in both oral and written communication modes for both internal and external personnel at various levels.
> Work independently and in a team environment in order to achieve customer business objectives, personal and team goals and complete assignments within established time frames and specifications.
> The ability to develop tasks and work assignments, based on sometime vaguely defined objectives.
Physical/Mental Demands:
> The position requires the ability to perform the essential duties and responsibilities in the following environment:
> Work is generally performed in an office environment.
> Operate a computer keyboard and view a video display terminal 50% of work time, including prolonged periods of time.
> The movement and transportation of equipment, most of the time under 25 pounds.
> Performs work under time schedules and stresses which are normally periodic or cyclical, including time sensitive job stress, fatigue, unpaid over-time, intellectual challenge, constant technical data feedback, language barriers, and business management stress.
> Machines, tools, equipment, and work aids representative and commonly associated with PCs, printers, and office work areas.
> Frequently works additional hours beyond normal schedule.
> Under very little direct supervision with a high level of responsibility to apply general policies and guidelines where decisions are seldom monitored and consequences of decisions adversely affect operating results and management decisions. Complete access to confidential company data where disclosure may jeopardize the company’s competitive position.
