Hey what's up guys in this Post we gonna show you to factory reset you'r Motorola phone in case you forget your pattern or the screen lag I'm going to show you right now.
How to factory reset your Motorola phone that way you're going to be able to unlock it that's the only way right now guys before start the process let me just explain something to you.
If you don't know your google account don't reset your phone because at the end when you have to program in your phone you're gonna ask for your google account that you already had in your phone if you don't know that your phone is gonna be locked by google just make sure you know the information.
Another thing you will lose all your personal data from your phone because we're gonna factor reset your phone is gonna be like brand new after you do the whole process now if you got a memory card sd card just remove it from your phone and that way you're gonna save only the file that you have in your sd card.
That's it so just remove your memory card from your phone and if you have pictures you know contacts everything you have in your memory card so you're gonna save that information and let me just go ahed to show you guys the whole process how to factory reset your phone.
All right guys as you can see this phone is locked by the bottom so what you're going to do just turn off your phone turn it off all right guys what you're going to do you got to press the power button and volume down on both of them at the same time until your phone come on.
I'm gonna let you know when you have to release the buttons just press the power button and volume down all right once you see this menu just release both buttons.
So now what you gotta do just press the volume up until you see the setting this one recovery mode now what you gotta do just press one time the power button.
So your phone gonna shows the Motorola logo just leave it like that I'm gonna let you know what you gotta do on this page what you gotta do just press at the same time really fast the volume up and power button you gotta be really fast
Now as you can see we have the whole menu to reset our phone so what you gotta do using the volume down scroll all the way down and go to wipe data factory reset.
So now just press the power button one time then press yes one time so now just go to the last one user data and content right there.
Once you selected just press one time the power button so as you can see your phone has been format right now your phone is like brand new so just press one time the power button your phone is gonna go soft and it's gonna turn it back on automatically.
