But still want something  hearty, tasty and quick to eat. 1 Shallot This dish is also very easy to prepare, which is not unimportant. 

2 Potatoes. 
1 Egg. 

Season with salt and black pepper, 1/2 tsp oregano. 200 grams of mozzarella cheese. 

Mix well. 2tbsp olive oil. 
1 tbsp butter (optional)

Pour the mixture into the pan. Cover with a lid and fry for 15-17 minutes. Parsley (Optional)

Turn over with a plate. Return to the pan and fry for another 15 minutes. MMM delicious.
